The couch are really good

We absolutely love KidStrong. My son has grown so much since starting KidStrong a year ago. He’s gained so much confidence, strength, and social skills. We adore the coaches as well. They are so kind, patient, and flexible. The curriculum is very well designed and evidence based. It not only targets strength, but also social emotional skills which is really important for me as someone who works with children. My son looks forward to going every week. He even practices the KidStrong affirmations all the time at home. Highly recommended!

We are absolutely thrilled with the training sessions! The atmosphere here is fantastic, and the coaches really go above and beyond to create a comfortable environment for the kids. They are not only experts in their field but also very friendly, which helps the children feel confident and at ease. My son attends the training with great enthusiasm—he always comes home with a smile and full of energy. Every time, he eagerly anticipates the next session, as the coaches know how to engage and inspire him. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience!

The confidence my son obtained from just one lesson was an amazing surprise! He went from wanted to be carried to taking on the challenges on his own. This was the confidence builder he needed.

It teaches both independence & teamwork. It allows them to push physical boundaries in a safe environment. And then makes them quickly turn over into following directions while sitting still, listening and observing. There's been a gigantic difference in his focused participation at school since starting at Kid Strong.

My child has been getting better at persevering even when the workout is hard or he doesn’t want to do the exercise.
