KidStrong has been a wonderful experience for my 7 year old grandson. He really gets excited when it’s time for class and definitely enjoys the coaches.

First time experience for me and my wife bringing our 3 year old to engage with other children and adults in a social setting. It was tremendous ! Love the social aspects and teaching/coaching fit into a 45 min class. It was extremely impactful to our son Kai. Thank you

When looking for sports/ places to help my kid’s build their strength there is not much out there like Kidstrong. The staff is competent/friendly and the exercises are appropriate for my kids’ ages.

I think is a place where I see potential for a child to grow up in different aspects. Staff is great with the kids. You totally could notice their dedication for what they do.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They always assist when we need to make a schedule change due to our child’s disability. The coaches are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Coaches are encouraging, helpful, supportive, and recognized each child’s strengths and weaknesses to help push them through the class to the best of the child’s abilities.

Fantastic program for kids of all ages. My kiddo has gained so much confidence and endurance in just a few months of attending classes weekly. The coaches are wonderful and so fun to work with!
