Absolutely love it here and so does my daughter. She’s building strength and confidence and notices how much she has improved, not just week to week but even within the class period as the coaches teach her how to improve her technique. She beams with pride and the coaches are always super positive and encouraging.

My son loves the classes and we love that it is teaching him confidence and inter-personal skills in additional to the physical aspects of the class!

Everyone at KidStrong is so friendly and welcoming, but Coach Mason and Coach Stone really make every class special. They make class so much fun and do a great job of meeting the kids where they are, while still helping them step out of their comfort zones and try new things. They bring such a positive energy, and it’s a class my daughter genuinely looks forward to every week and honestly, so do I!

Our experience with Kid Strong has been outstanding. Staff are always so welcoming and helpful. The coaches are genuine and committed. My son loves it and looks forward to it. The activities, lessons and skills incorporated into the sessions are of true value. I’m very grateful.

There is an actual curriculum that taught useful life and confidence building skills; I did not expect that from what I thought would be a basic gym class. My son is three years old and loved every minute of the program. The staff is very kind and organized. We will be back!
