We absolutely love KidStrong because it’s so much more than just a program—it’s a supportive, high-energy community that helps kids build strength, confidence, and character from the inside out. From the very beginning, we knew KidStrong was a special place where kids are not only challenged physically but also nurtured emotionally and mentally. One of the things we love most is how the coaches go above and beyond to encourage every child, especially our son Legend. They cheer him on every step of the way, always pushing him to keep going, to not give up, and to believe in himself—even when things get tough. That kind of positive reinforcement has made a huge difference in his confidence and mindset. The coaches recognize his efforts, celebrate his progress, and make him feel like a true champion. It’s amazing to see how much he’s grown—not just in strength and coordination, but in courage and perseverance. The mix of fitness, leadership, and social-emotional learning gives kids like Legend the tools they need to succeed in the gym and in life. We’re incredibly thankful for the passion, dedication, and heart that the KidStrong team pours into every session. It truly feels like a second home for our family, and watching Legend thrive in this environment is a joy we’ll never stop being grateful for.

We went for a trial class and had such a great time. My daughter is slow to warm up to strangers but the environment was welcoming - from other kids, parents & the staff, she really enjoyed herself. A lot of movement and the class flowed nicely. We will be back!

We joined KidStrong as soon as you opened up classes. My daughters have grown so much with their coaches. They’re more independent, stronger leaders, better team players but most importantly…they’ve learned how to compete and lose. Everyone wants to win but learning how to lose and doing it with grace is so important.
