KidStrong is great for socializing and working on physical strength with my boy.

We joined KidStrong as soon as you opened up classes. My daughters have grown so much with their coaches. They’re more independent, stronger leaders, better team players but most importantly…they’ve learned how to compete and lose. Everyone wants to win but learning how to lose and doing it with grace is so important.

The only T-shirt she wears where it’s not a fight to put on! My daughter absolutely loves coming to KidStrong! She is obsessed with her coaches and the wonderful staff!

Everyone was so communicative and welcoming once we got there! The facility is so well kept and the coaches bring such a great energy to the kids!

It is our belief that instilling core values while challenging mental and physical strength from an early age has a direct impact on the trajectory of a child’s future. KidStrong Palm Beach does that and more! It’s simply a cool place to be a kid [and a participating parent too]!
