We absolutely love KidStrong! It has been such a wonderful activity for our family. I've seen a noticeable boost in both of my boys' confidence, and they look forward to every class. The coaches are encouraging, the program is engaging, and it's been amazing to watch them grow stronger, more capable, and more confident. We highly recommend KidStrong!

Our very first experience at KidsStrong was beyond words! From the moment we walked in, Coach Q made us feel welcomed. He immediately greeted us, was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain the program, pricing, and answer every question and concern we had.Coach Q, Coach Mia, and Coach Emma all did an amazing job making our son feel comfortable, encouraged, and excited to participate. We had a great time! Center was clean and professional, staff friendly and welcoming, activities engaging and memorable. We will be coming back for sure - she asked to go back while we were on our way home!
