Great coaches and curriculum

Our daughter has loved it- it brings her such joy, builds her confidence and strength.

Overall is a phenomenal experience for the kids.

The staff are amazing!

I’m not sure how to change the class from Saturday at 9:30 to Wednesday at 4:15. I’ve tried multiple times on the app, but can only switch a class at a time. I ask someone at the gym yesterday and they said they would change it, but they didn’t even take my name or my child’s. It still hasnt been done

All the coaches at this location are just amazing. They truly care about helping the children do and be the best they can be. I love the KidStrong program too!

Great coaches, fun activities for kids, clean facility, and my son is growing in strength and skills there

Kidstrong is just what I was looking for! My child is able to become stronger physically and mentally. I appreciate the programming that covers the whole person and the coaches who are enthusiastic, well trained, and very patient.

My son loves the program. He looks forward to it every week. The coaches are great at challenging the students mentally, physically and emotionally. It is a great way to boost confidence and agility. Thank you for such a great program and great service.

It’s a great class of good kids that are kind & inclusive to all fitness & learning ability’s. It teaches teamwork & postive reinforcement.
