The staff is always warm and welcoming, and they genuinely seem to care. My children love being there.

My kids love the classes, they are engaging and fun. Their favorite part is the competition at the end of the courses. They love the high energy coaches like coach Des, Noah, Emma, flo, Q and Kimmie.

I love the premise. The idea of starting kids so young with the foundation blocks to take care of their mind and body through movement is one that our family has believed in since before Nico was born. So to find a community who shares that same belief and shows it through the care and support for our kids is priceless. The hard work and dedication that goes into creating these programs, daily lesson plans, etc. is so much appreciated. Raising confident and capable children is the goal and KidStrong a vital part in that equation.

I love the affirmation, the driving force behind the program truly feels like a lifelong skill of taking care of yourself. The activities are challenging, the group fitness aspect shows a kid what's possible. The coaches manage the class well and teach the exercises well.
