Coach Flo and Coach Q were amazing, so friendly and they greeted us right away after the class before us ended. They work so well with the kids and made Hudson feel so welcome! We signed up after our first class because of how great the coaches were!

Child loved it.

My nephew is a high energy kind of guy. He loved his first (free intro) class. There were a lot of 3-4 year olds there and a lot going on. The coaches made sure each child was seen and advised. While I had to be “on the mat” with him, it was just to guide my own charge as he learned new physical challenges. I didn’t need to sweat, thank heavens. What I loved most of all was how much he talked about it on the way home. Definitely signed up for 6 months.

My kid left his first class happy and talkative, when he entered quiet and reserved. Loved the coaches and exercises that were set up for them!

The coaches were great, never pressured my kid to do anything during his first class but were persistent with trying to get him to participate! Really appreciate that!

Its very interactive . So helpfull , kids get to learn lot of things in afun way. Coaches are really talented , they care for all kids equally .
