We did our first trial class for our 4 year old daughter and we were very impressed!!!! I asked my husband where they hire these coaches from because they were kind, friendly, professional, made our daughter feel welcomed!!! The two coaches ran the class so perfectly smooth, you would have through they practiced this a thousand times!!!! Well done!!!!We will be back for sure, we think the first class for us will be a week long summer camp!

They do age appropriate training for each age group , they know each child by name and award/celebrate their victories. Our son hasn’t missed a single week in 9 months now!

We love how Emma has been improving on self confidence and moving her body, I love the coach approach to the kids and their patience!!!

I did send an email about this, but there was an issue with my signup, I think. I never got the email confirmation for my membership sign up after I did it yesterday morning. I downloaded the app on my own and signed in so I could book her next class, but it said my membership did not allow it, and it’s not showing I have an active membership. Maybe my payment didn’t go through? I’m not sure.

Great coaches and classes!

We greatly appreciate this wonderful program and idea. It will surely boost the children’s confidence, enhance their social skills, and help them become stronger and more respectful individuals.

Coaches are great! Courses are very fun. A special skills class would be so fun (ring hanging work, somersaults, jumping jacks (or coordination work). Some classes are very large which makes some courses hard to complete. Otherwise the staff is great! We love coach Q and the life skills that are taught.

I love the teamwork and building social skills aspect mixed with fun and challenging exercises. It is a very unique place and I appreciate the thought behind it. As well as how friendly coach Noah and coach Flo were during our trial!
