My son had a great time

My baby loves Kid Strong! It is interactive, fun, and a great learning experience all in one!

This facility has far exceeded the expectation I would have for a children's activity I speak so highly to other parents about kids strong. Fitness has always been important to me and I feel like it's very important to instill it onto your kids at an early age and this does it but also is confidence building! I have two kids that attend this studio and they are both very different as far as their needs and or abilities. I wasn't sure how it would go with my son who is on the spectrum, but Coach k welcomes him and embraces him with open arms. The studio allows him to be in the class just under his age so that I can be there to help reinforce and it's been fabulous for him. I tear up sometimes watching him look at his peers and acting and replicating what they are doing in the different challenges and watching him succeed and sometimes succeed beyond peers even! My daughter needs reinforcement with better eating choices and listening so when she is eating at home we actually talk about reporting her food choices to her coaches and it gives some accountability! I know it's silly but it helps and enforces good behaviors. We talk about the different foods that make her stronger and give her muscles. Lately she's needed to listen a little better in class and she did a fabulous job today in class and Coach Flo went out of her way to acknowledge her for me to help reinforce the things we're trying to encourage in class and out of class.

My daughter has a language disorder which affects every part of her life and her life experience. Coach K and Coach Q exercise patience when interacting with my daughter (provide instructions multiple times when needed and even reword the instructions along with provide physical guidance on how to complete tasks when needed). They also are great at addressing parent questions/concerns. As a parent of a child with Different Needs and as a Behavior Analyst - I recommend and commend both Coach K and Coach Q for doing work that matters and makes a positive difference.

Energetic always looking to give our kiddos the best of experience. Been to two birthday parties through Kidstrong and have brought my grandson now for over a year. Its great stuff folks great stuff.

We love KidStrong. More importantly our kiddo loves KidStrong. He has fun, gets to be active, and more importantly is learning that he can do hard things!

It was an amazing experience. My son loved every minute!
