I think it’s a great program for kids. I could see my son light up when it got to the activities part/exercises as he loves running and jumping but I also like how it teaches instruction and listening. Coaches were very patient, encouraging and engaging.

KidStrong has been an excellent program my 4 year old granddaughter! She loves all of the activities, but REALLY loves the competitions. She's excited to go to each class.

Kidstrong was so fun! The staff was friendly and the facility was so clean. We loved it and will encourage others to join!
