We just went for one class but we loved. Both coaches were super friendly and helpful with my daughter.

We had an incredible experience at KidStrong. My child is very energetic and can get spacey when overstimulated by noise and other people. He also tends to get very clingy in new environments. Right now he does open gym hour at gymnastics because he is still too young to sit still for structured direction or follow programming.We decided to try KidStrong to see if something different might be a better fit. When we first walked in, my son would not let me put him down. When it was time to stand, make eye contact, and introduce himself, he became very bashful. I honestly was not sure how it was going to go.Within five minutes of class starting, he was listening with clear intent and following step by step instructions to the best of his ability, and he is only one and a half years old. I was genuinely surprised.The coaches were patient, gracious, and gentle, offering helpful nudges to keep him engaged and on task without pressure. The environment felt supportive and encouraging rather than overwhelming.I truly believe that with a few more classes, he is going to learn how to harness his energy, listen for coach instructions, and then let it all out on the floor. We are so glad we gave KidStrong a try and highly recommend it to other parents with energetic little ones.

The coaches are so great with the kids. Hudson’s favorite coach is Coach Q. He always says “ I love when that coach Q is there”

Friendly staff, clean facility and the classes are well thought out and fun for both kids and parents.

My daughter loved this class and had me register her for classes. She cant wait for the next class

Haven’t had a bad day while at KidStrong PV, even if my little is. Coaches are always super encouraging and engaging and friendly. We always leave feeling accomplished and confident.

We’ve only had one class as a guest from a friend, but we LOVED it and so did our son. He’s a very active kiddo and I feel like this is going to be a very good fit for him!
