Our son loves it and really enjoys going.The only thing we have an issue with are the disruptive kids in class. They are very clearly on the spectrum; whereas, I don't think they should be excluded from class, their parents should be held more accountable for keeping them in line and following instructions. When there are 15 or so kids with 2 coaches, I understand they can only do so much. That's why the parents needs to help or have have their kid removed from class for not listening and being disruptive. There are a couple of kids whose parents actively participate because they know their kids need guidance, but there are some whose parents sit on the sideline watching their kids be jerks and doing whatever they want. It's distracting to the other kids.

I loved the overall vibe, the community feel, and just the fact that it was so kid centered, and everything was thoughtfully planned, and age-appropriate.

Friendly staff, fun activities, staff/student engagement. Only downside is the new shirts every 10 classes! 🤪

Of all the different extracurricular things have checked out or had our kids be part of, kids strong is by far the best for confidence building and introducing fitness at a young age. I love how there are individual fitness challenges but team challenges as well. With a kiddo on the spectrum, it is such a fabulous motivating way for him to play with peers and engage interactive play and communication! Not only would I recommend kids strong and specifically this studio to other families but I do it all the time! All the stuff there are so caring and the coaches are wonderful and motivating
