This is an excellent program and one that has significantly helped my daughter to build confidence, physical strength and interest with engaging with other kids around her age. My daughter actually looks forward to each of her KidStrong classes and her excitement excites me.

I love Kidstrong. I wish, though, you would find comparable lead coaches to Sebastian when he needs a day off. He seems to be the only coach the kids listen to and understand. When he is not there, the class seems chaotic.

Our nephew has grown so much through his classes at KidStrong. The curriculum and training in the classes have been just what he needs and we love Coach Sebastian, he does a great job of balancing fun and accountability with the kids.
