I like the way the program is incorporating so many different skills with working out. It really does motivate the kids. I have seen my grand daughter applies some of those skills. Thank you!

The coaches are amazing, the programs are fantastic! The only criticism I have is there is not recourse for children that are completely disrupting class. It is frustrating as a parent who holds my kid to a high standard and pays for each class to have a child completely disrupt class and behave horribly despite the attempts by the coach to be kind and redirect. The parents need to be held more accountable.

Coach Andy and Coach Lily have patience to work with toddlers to keep them engaged and entertained! They always bring high energy for our little one no matter the morning they are having. We appreciate the love and care they show to all the kids. Our son is a wild one and prefers to run laps and do the complete opposite. The coaches do their best with every kid and that is why we keep coming!!

Andrew has been blessed with yet another set of AMAZING COACHES in Andy and Lilly. They truly care about each child that is in the class and the kids feel it. They are altruistically invested in the best of each kid and prove it each class.

I think this program is awesome for kids. Gives them confidence and teaches them life skills that they will actually need. They do fun activities and its always high energy.

We love the foundations of what kids Strong stands for, and the bond that the coaches make with the kids. You can see who is really meant to be working in this type of environment By the way they shine when they interact with the kiddos. I do wish the class sizes were maxed out at around 10 kids for the walking-2 and 2-3 year olds. They are a bit young to express when they are feeling overwhelmed by the swarm of other kids and parents people start running into each other a lot more.

Coaching quality has improved, and we are so happy! I still wish there was a little more form correction, especially for the older kids classes during the KidStrong workout so they aren't practicing incorrect form.

Andy. She’s amazing and Addy loves her. 10/10 I’ll be devastated when she leaves to be a nurse.
