We have a great experience taking our grandson to Kidstrong. He was slightly hesitant for the first 3 or 4 sessions but the coaches worked to engage him and put him at ease. He loves it now and talks about it all the time. My favorite part of Kidstrong is the confidence it is building in him to try new things. When he is "nervous" about trying something new or hard, he quotes the 3 statements "I am strong, I am brave, I can do this." We hear him saying that to himself (unsolicited) on many occasions!!! Positive self talk is half the battle.

Love it!! We have never had a negative experience at KS and we have been coming since they opened. Only thing that would improve our experience is the blue wrestling mats could be vacuumed/mopped more often :)

It’s been a great experience and physical outlet for my boys since joining.

The coaches pour into and are very invested in the success of the kiddos. They include everyone and try their best to make each child feel some kind of accomplishment and proud of themselves

Pros: Coaches Patrick, Kaylee and Mattie (and other ladies we’ve not seen in a while :( like Coach Jessie). Our daughter is thriving and improving in classes and skills. When Patrick taught his first session my daughter is in, she cried the whole session feeling thrown off not used to a new coach but he wiggled his way into her heart and she loves and trusts him. AllOf those coaches mentioned above welcome my kids to class and always greet them by name and love on them so well.Cons: KidStrong floor is pretty dirty, especially after a camp. My kids feet are always disgusting covered in dirt and dust. I’ve seen dead bugs, hair, dirt etc. There is one parent who sits on her butt watching her kid not follow directions, coaches struggling to get him engaged and it’s really frustrating. This is supposed to be a parent and tot class. I hate that she isn’t doing her part as a parent. The new app isn’t as good as the old one. I care more about access to the memories and seeing how many classes till leveling or ranking up than scheduling. It’s always been SO easy to talk to Kaylee in person about scheduling. Not all coaches are as invested in students as the ones I’ve named.Overall we are really happy. The good coaches out weigh the cons, and I want to be mama bear to them because I see how hard they work to get that boy involved while his mom sits there. I feel like that’s taking advantage of the coaches. But that’s a me problem 😅.

As a mom of two wild boys, with lots of energy, we love having a place to come and get all of that wild energy out in a safe and structured environment that teaches amazing social skills, physical skills, teamwork, and leadership!! If I was able to put my boys in Kids Strong every night of the week, I would!
