This is an amazing program that has helped my daughter build confidence and enjoy working in team-based settings. My daughter actually looks forward to attending each of her KidStrong sessions instead of the occasional fight of "do I need to go" for other programs we've put her in. The coaches are engaging, energetic and keep it fun. We love this program and what it has done for our daughter's physical and mental health in a short amount of time. Highly recommend!

Coaching staff does very well focusing on the kids. My kid, Diego, had a hard time on his trial class and coaching staff approached him trying to help but realized that it wasn’t helping so they backed off which actually helped him not feel pressured. After about few minutes of Diego observing he started to feel comfortable and kind of participated. The coaches saw that and approached him again to high five him and make him feel welcomed. It was still hard for him but we ended up signing up for 6 months because I know that this staff will help him be more social and focus. You guys are great! You should feel proud of your staff!!

KidStrong is such a unique “product” for kids that we can’t get its benefits at gymnastics class or ninja class or any other kiddie activity.

I like the way the program is incorporating so many different skills with working out. It really does motivate the kids. I have seen my grand daughter applies some of those skills. Thank you!

The coaches are amazing, the programs are fantastic! The only criticism I have is there is not recourse for children that are completely disrupting class. It is frustrating as a parent who holds my kid to a high standard and pays for each class to have a child completely disrupt class and behave horribly despite the attempts by the coach to be kind and redirect. The parents need to be held more accountable.
