The classes are amazing and I love how the coaches incorporate self confidence, public speaking and communication skills in addition to the strength skills.The only downfall is that the gym is very open and some parents were on the phone or having side conversations so it was hard to hear what the coach’s were saying.

Their inclusive program for my son allows him to be present along side his peers while being out in the community. They are great with including him and I love how the coaches engage with each of the kids.Setting my son up was very easy and they were pleasant to work with all my questions and very supportive with my concerns. Many different times to select from and very clean place that keeps kids moving and growing both mentally and physically.

Staff and coaches friendly and k owlwdgable. Class was amazing. Coaches were high energy, positive and explained the purpose of the activities. Wish the class was longer! Son had a great time!

We have only gone a few times but my daughter warms up quickly & already seems to love it!

Everyone was excellent on their job and very understanding. My son has difficult to stay still and to focus and the team give him the space and the time to regulate. They let my husband to stay with my son to help him to include with other kids and enjoy the class like other kids.

My son is autistic and he has a lot of sensory issues, the coaches and staff was so welcoming, comforting and accommodating. We immediately noticed my son doing things he normally would never allow us to do!

My son had a great experience and really enjoyed his time here. The coaches were great!

I loved the coaches approach. The place was super clean, organized, and ready for the class. I liked that they give children time to explore and that the entire class is interactive. I hope they don’t change the coaches like other places. I like consistency. My daughter loved the class.
