The strengthening activities plus the confidence building is what a lot of places are lacking.

organized chaos, always fun to see kids being kids! gets their energy out in a safe and healthy way, my only wish is that there’s less reliance on the screen when coaching, and focus less on addressing parents and the TV screen during independent kid classes when parents are not in the gym movement area but address the via coaches and kids themselves.. “gather in front of me (not the TV)..” “attention on coach (not look at the TV)..” etc

I love the energy and the positive atmosphere it is for my two sons. I know that they will gain more confidence, strength and self esteem through this program. They love it!

What a great class! It was physical - water breaks they did interactive puzzles. The class started with eye contact and firm handshakes to the coaches. My son loved it and can’t wait to go back!

I highly recommend KidStrong! The coaches are incredibly engaging and full of positivity. They create such an encouraging environment where kids feel supported and motivated. I love how they consistently push students to keep going without giving up, while still making them feel comfortable and confident. It’s clear they truly care about building both physical skills and self-esteem
