Thought class and programming was great but a bit overwhelming with the amount of people. Hopefully it will improve as more kinks are worked out

KidStrong is an amazing place for my son to showcase his charisma and exert all of his energy in a fun and exciting class from all the wonderful coaches that show comfort and compassion.

The class was great and my son had a great time! I can’t wait for him to learn more as he goes!

Only went to 1 class but we loved the programming!

Great program, friendly staff. The only criticism I’d give is the class sizes are a bit big which caused a little chaos and confusion

I rated KidStrong highly because they truly do what they promise help build confidence in little ones.The coaches have an incredibly positive energy and mindset that makes the classes both fun and comfortable for children and parents. You can really feel how encouraging and supportive the environment is.Although I haven’t had the chance to fully use the app yet, it seems easy enough to navigate and user friendly.If I had to mention a con, it would be the space. During activities like running laps, it can feel crowded, with both parents and kids occasionally bumping into one another.
