We had a great first class. Instructors were patient with my son while he warmed up to a new environment. He had fun and I can tell this is a program that will grow with him as he does!

We love Coach Shawn and Coach Brice! They have been wonderful and so encouraging for our daughter. Even when some of the activities are hard, they adapt them to help her accomplish the task.

Jayden has truly changed so much since starting KidStrong! Everyone is so friendly! There's no place for negativity! There's so much more than physical strength building. Mental health, collaboration, teamwork, and so much more I'm so proud he is a part of this program!

Coach Sean is PHENOMENAL and the price is worth it for the confidence it gives Knolen. The center is clean and well apportioned and appointed. Whenever we have an issue it’s quickly resolved and you can tell the staff care about the students.

Riding by KidStrong i was thinking it was just a gym, but then I did 4 week trail with my Grandbabies and they enjoyed it. It teaches them confidence, works with self esteem, etc. Coach Sean is amazing. ALL of the coaches is amazing.

Great environment. Strong minded staff. Ease of communication. They are very welcoming. It’s always clean and well prepared for the children. You can tell hard work went into making the classes enjoyable! We love it!
