Absolutely love bringing my son here! He’s learned some great life skills while also having fun exercising.

I chose to rate Kidstrong so highly because of the change that I have seen in my child since starting Kidstrong. She has told me multiple times about how much Kidstrong makes her happy and that out of all of her clubs and extracurriculars this is the one she never wants to miss. She loves the competition, the teamwork, and being told she has a voice that matters.

Kidstrong is a very nice place for kids to grow strong physically and mentally. All the coaches are very nice with kids and very encouraging.

Great way to develop confidence, speaking, exercising. Sometimes I think the progress is not challenging to the kids. I highly recommend more mind play stuff. Also monitor the kids to ensure they are actually doing the exercises.
