Kidstrong is such a great part of our week. Waylen loves going and learning new skills. He’s highly competitive so he thoroughly enjoys the competitions and courses designed just for his age group. The classes are very engaging for the kids. I love the positive affirmations and the energy and enthusiasm the coaches have. Would highly recommend!

When it was being built i was just thinking it was going to be just a gym, but now my grandbabies go their it helps in confidence and self esteem and alot more. The coaches are all so awesome. But Arielles favorite is Coach Sean and he has really helped her.

The staff/coaches are awesome! My son looks forward to class EVERY week. He really enjoys it. The facility is nice and the team is amazing!

My daughter (9) loves Kidstrong! She loves the competition, the athleticism, the confidence building and the encouraging coaches.

The staff is very friendly and they made getting started very easy. The coach for her class obviously loves our kids and they are beyond patient with them. Lastly, the skills the kids learn are very well rounded…it’s not just a gym class and I love that!
