I love how the program works on so many aspects; strength, discipline, social emotional skills. My son has thrived in the program! His excitement when he achieves something he couldn't do before! Best decision ever!

KidStrong offers Cricket the opportunity to learn and grow! It helps him socially as well as physically. It offers him experiences that will help him become independent, strong, ambitious and motivated. The staff are friendly, always willing to help. The coaches are very patient and kind, and shows great rapport with all the kids and parents!Ultimately, KidStrong offers a safe place for my baby to be a kid!

This place is GREAT for kids! Not only do the kids build muscle, but they build social skills and confidence. My daughter looks forward to class every week! I love watching her develop new skills and watching the excitement during class every week!

Coach Sean and Adia are awesome! We love the classes. The only thing I wish is that there was more room sometimes for parents to sit. It can get pretty crowded but we are glad we are there. Our son looks forward to it.
