I signed my son up primarily as an opportunity to get him more physically active and hopefully encourage a healthy, active lifestyle as he grows. I found out that it's so much more than just that. KidStrong instills confidence as well as teaches social skills, sportsmanship, and grit.More than worth every penny!

We love every person on staff and the gym as a whole. My only feedback is to let the 4-5 y/o class “explore the floor” during breaks like the littles do. The kids really enjoy that!
