Over all a great place to go get some good exercises, physically and mentally. They learn so much that will help them as a n adult.

My kids absolutely love it and the staff is wonderful. So friendly and great with my kids. My kids look forward to every Thursday.

You can see the commitment they have to ensure that children can enjoy and learn in class; the dynamic they develop is structured but easy for children to understand.

I rate this place high because of the coaches engagement with ALL the kids while the kids are performing the exercises. The child is able to compete with his self to become stronger mentally and physically while the team competitions develop teamwork. The coaches are really good at pushing the kids who need the push developing a “no quit” attitude. The coaches engage effectively and communicate very well. This place has done a great job at selecting the right coach for this type of environment. I was expecting to be disappointed but this KidStrong Team has done amazing. I love it!

The whole concept is amazing. It’s not just a gym class. The coaches are so good with the kids! Rescheduling, when necessary, is super easy.

Kidstrong is my ONLY "village ", that I trust.

We have had a great experience minus some of the other children. My daughter along with other children in class has been hit by children in class for no reason and the coaches witnessed and said nothing. Disappointing that we had to bring it up and the coaches not stop it in it's tracks since they oversee class. That fact the issue persists is concerning.

Everyone is great. They do their best to encourage the kids to keep going, they help the kids when the form is wrong or when they are having a hard time doing something. The coaches have unlocked new levels of confidence in Brady!!
