The way the coaches approach the kids and take the time to help them feel comfortable

My son liked it and had a lot of fun in class. The activities are well planned.

We love cooper, his attentiveness and personality is one the the best.

I tried a different KidStrong location, but the trial class left a bad impression. The coaches didn’t seem very patient, and afterward my son asked if he had made them upset. After we moved, I decided to give it another try, and now he looks forward to going each week.

Dear KidStrong Team,​My child has been a part of KidStrong for over three years now, and we have always been very happy with the program and the coaches. However, since moving to our current class time, I have some serious concerns about the coaching style.​I feel that the current coach is quite impatient and far too strict for a 5-year-old’s developmental stage. After speaking with several other parents in the same class, I found that many of them share the exact same opinion.​Most importantly, for the first time in three years, my child felt hurt and told me they were sad because of how they were treated in class. It breaks my heart to hear this after such a long and positive experience with KidStrong.​I hope you can take this feedback seriously and look into the coaching methods for this specific class.
