Not only does kid strong focus on my child’s physical health they also focus on their social and mental skills

Kids love their coaches - the workouts, and the whole environment is very positive. Coach Bryant is always doing an excellent job with all the kids.

The environment is so inviting! It's a great space for kids to be kids!

We’ve been very pleased with our experience so far at KidStrong Pflugerville, our daughter enjoys it and looks forward to it every week!

My son started off a little reserved but the coaches made him feel welcome and helped him get out of his comfort zone. He really enjoys the class a looks forward to going every weekend. In the past couple of months I have seen how much his confidence has increased. Now we’re just working on the focus part, but he is still just a 3 year old.
