My daughter loves it and has improved her confidence a lot. She enjoys the activities and it has helped with her coordination with everything.

KidStrong has proven to be great for my son in terms of building confidence and strength. He looks forward to the classes. The staff is great and the coaches take real effort in children’s progress. We love Coach Shante and Coach Cooper. Would highly recommend to start building your kids social confidence and promoting independence.

KidStrong offers rich programs and activities. I love the fact that it helps kids socialize more.One area of improvement I’d like to suggest is the KidStrong app. It’s quite difficult to reschedule a missed class through the app, as the process isn’t very straightforward. I recommend that management work on making this feature more user-friendly.Overall, KidStrong has met our expectations.Thank you.

Very impressed by Coach Bryant’s coaching for such a young group! Really encouraging and meeting every child where they are. We witnessed cleaning procedures after a birthday party- very thorough!
