No, we loved the idea of KidStrong but it wasn’t a good fit for my child.

Yes, the coaches could have learned how to properly communicate with one another without giving us the runaround.

Engaging staff, push kids while also meeting them where they’re at. I find Eli repeating to himself throughout the day randomly “I am strong, I am brave”

It’s a phenomenal experience for kids all around. Especially for those who haven’t figured out what sports or activities they may be interested in. It’s a great way to teach kids confidence, friendly competitiveness and personal fitness. The coaches are also very engaged with the kids and know how to effectively work with each kid in their own unique way.

My daughter loves her classes at kidstrong and is always so happy when she gets home.I love that it helps her get her energy out in a productive way and gets her moving in different ways. I'm also glad that she gets to talk to other kids her age and the coaches which build her confidence.

KidStrong has truly helped my daughter build confidence and, most importantly, strength. She needs extra support with her gross motor skills, and the coaches always provide helpful modifications without ever making her feel different. The workouts challenge her in such a positive way, and it’s amazing to see how proud she feels after each class.
