My son Cooper absolutely love doing Kidstrong. All of the programs are highly interactive, and the coaches are great.

My daughter has only really had 3 coaches in the all the classes she's had and the coaches really are one of the reasons we've continued. Also the confidence she's gained. But coach Amaya and coach DJ are wonderful. They really can control the class and they bring such positive energy. Especially coach DJ. He's truly one of a kind!
