I was not sure what to expect, but we loved it. My son had a blast and learned great skills in the process.

Its a great experience for my child i can see her progess and confidence building when we do things out side of Kid Strong She is always engaged during activities and even when they challenege her she pushes through! Cocah Chris, DJ, Amaya, Jaden, and Andrew are AWESOME ! Coach Chris is her favorite !

We've really enjoyed the coaching staff at Pike Creek. Alex is dyslexic. The body movement and skill repetition during a series has been super beneficial for him not only in class but also helped him with school. The program really has helped his brain work cross hemispheres - an important skill for helping dsylexia.

I can see how my childs confidence has grown over the last few weeks.

My son gets excited to go every week, he also gets excited when we pass by limestone Road and he sees the sign kid strong. And we noticed positive changes in his development..

Great class; great curriculum; great coach; everything is just perfect. An awesome option to have quality time with your children or if you want to get your kids engaged with exercise, etc.

Great weeknight activity to build coordination and comfort in groups

The coaches are awesome and the structure works well with my very active kid. I’m not a fan of the new app- can’t see where he is rank wise or any pics from the class. Liked the old one better

Been a solid experience thus far! The best part are the coaches who have alot of energy and put alot into the classes to motivate and inspire the kids in the class!
