Great class

We’ve absolutely loved our experience with the KidStrong program! It’s been wonderful to see our child build confidence, strength, and focus while having so much fun. The environment is positive and motivating, and it’s clear the program is designed to help kids grow both physically and mentally.That said, I would love to see coaches be a bit more involved in noticing kids who may feel nervous or hesitant about trying new obstacles and helping them work through that fear. I also think adding a little more time overall when going through the obstacle course would be helpful. When a child takes longer because they’re scared, it can make it hard for them to get through the rest of the obstacles, and a bit of extra time could really support those kids in feeling successful.Overall, we love the program, and my child looks forward to going back each time.

It is a great facility with an amazing staff. My granddaughter really enjoys the program!

It’s a fun and unique option to promote exercise, fitness, and personal confidence. The monthly goals and challenges and promotions give the student something to work towards and the new class jobs get the student involved and apart of the class!

In my opinion, all of the coaches go out of their way to help our child succeed in her goals both Kidstrong related and cheering her on in her personal life.

Coach was amazing. Likeable and easy for the kids to engage with. Asst. Coach who did demos was goofy enough to make the kids want to watch. Damien stayed engaged with very little redirecting, which is rare. Also was impressed at how everyone handled the more "spirited" kids without seeming frustrated. Overall extremely happy with this program and this specific gym.

The staff is wonderful and really cares about the kids. They make sure they all have a positive experience.

Coach Andrew & Coach Dj do an amazing job with the kiddos. They have great engagement, able to professional redirect the kiddos when needed and they both have great energy! They are the reason why I decided to go through with my membership !

My son was a nervous, quiet child when he first arrived at Kid Strong. He was reluctant to interact with kids and try gym skills on the mat. Within weeks, he was engaging, taking risks, and having a great time. Now, he looks forward to the gym every week! I could not be happier with his growth and the attention his coaches give to his progress.

I think everything is great for how it is set up it would be nice to see a bit more one on one with members who struggle to help them improve with form or firecttion
