Our daughter’s listening skills and willingness to try new things have really improved since starting class. Her coaches keep her engaged (which can be difficult with a young toddler!) and the courses and exercises are great for her development and physical health.

We've been Day 1 members since the location opened, and both of our kids look forward to it every week. The classes are great, they have a ton of fun, and they use their skills they learn out in the world!

We’ve absolutely loved our experience with the KidStrong program! It’s been wonderful to see our child build confidence, strength, and focus while having so much fun. The environment is positive and motivating, and it’s clear the program is designed to help kids grow both physically and mentally.That said, I would love to see coaches be a bit more involved in noticing kids who may feel nervous or hesitant about trying new obstacles and helping them work through that fear. I also think adding a little more time overall when going through the obstacle course would be helpful. When a child takes longer because they’re scared, it can make it hard for them to get through the rest of the obstacles, and a bit of extra time could really support those kids in feeling successful.Overall, we love the program, and my child looks forward to going back each time.

It is a great facility with an amazing staff. My granddaughter really enjoys the program!
