I’ve seen a difference in both of my children physically and emotionally. They’re more confident and getting stronger.

We love the program. Classes are great and staff is nice. Some of the coaches need to communicate better, specially with the kids under age 4. Classes will be more enjoyable for everyone if all the coaches show more patience with the youngest kids.

Coach Annie and Coach Jonathan are a dynamic duo! They are both AMAZING! Our child loves his weekly classes so much, we booked his birthday party next month at KidStrong. Looking forward to it!

The staff is world class. We've had days that Ava didn't want to go and Coach Annie always finds a way to get her excited and on the mat. The staff makes you and your child feel special and like they matter to them. They're always so helpful and friendly. The facility is great too and the programming is fun. The staff really make it a 10/10 though!

It’s a wonderful place where children of all athletic abilities or challenges get the support and encouragement they deserve while having fun in this very positive environment.

The coaches are fantastic and so great with three kids. I just wish the other parents kept control of their children so that the coaches weren't responsible for setting up classes, running classes, and disciplining everyone's chikdren.

Honestly it has been a great program for my son. He is 2 and has a speech delay and he feels so comfortable in his classes and with his coaches. He is learning and growing with his gross motor skills and even verbal cues. We tried swimming classes and they don’t match what we have experienced at KidStrong.They make him feel comfortable and empower him, though he isn’t speaking in sentences yet. Big thank you to Coach Jonathan and AP as my son really enjoys the classes because of them. Can’t forget our newest Coach Jose too. Best Coaches Awards!!! lol
