KidStrong is so much more than just a physical challenge for kids. They learn how to follow directions, take turns in activities with other children and even practice thinking skills. The class length is perfect. My grandson, who is exceptionally shy, loves the classes.

We love kid strong! Wed come 2x a week if there was diversity in the programming throughout the week.Almost like if the week started on Wednesday thru Tuesday. So the beginning and end of week were different classes.But overall we really love it.
