I love the concept, and how it is targeting little kids.

The Plantation location of Kidstrong is a an absolute gem. The management is stellar, the coaches are phenomenal and it provides the best experience for children in our community.

My kid loves it. Everything is clean. Coaches are active.

They really understand families and accommodate to your needs.

We are so glad we found KidStrong! My son has been begging me for years to let him come to the gym with me (hes 6 yrs old). He absolutly loves it and they incorporate so much in to the sessions to promote teamwork, confidence, and exercise mechanics. This week they have incorportated exercise with public speaking! Genius!! Coaches Jonathan, AP and Eileen have made the experience for my son even better…they are literally angels in my eyes. Love love love KidStrong!
