We are so glad we found KidStrong! My son has been begging me for years to let him come to the gym with me (hes 6 yrs old). He absolutly loves it and they incorporate so much in to the sessions to promote teamwork, confidence, and exercise mechanics. This week they have incorportated exercise with public speaking! Genius!! Coaches Jonathan, AP and Eileen have made the experience for my son even better…they are literally angels in my eyes. Love love love KidStrong!

Because the program combines so many aspects into one class, all super beneficial for children. We love it so far!

The class offers a judgement free space for my son to make new friends. The coaches encourage the kids to speak with each other (using eye contact, respect).All of this while playing games & exercising. My son really enjoys it.

My son feels absolutely happy in each class. It’s a place where he can discover what is he capable of, he can explore new abilities and chase new goals and that is great at that age.
