We just love our experience on KidStrong

Coaches and support staff is awesome!! My son R.J. looks forward to KidStrong every week. I love that the program challenges his physical and mental abilities. Encourages them to try new task and increase their confidence. My only wish is that the location was closer to my home in West Miramar. 😊

Coach AP and the team are great and accommodating. Class has taught my daughter a lot and built her confidence.

Very accommodating and develops a great foundation for my toddlers. I have seen Jasmine’s athleticism excel ten-fold. It’s a great foundation for when she starts other sports.

We had such a positive experience with KidStrong. The program and the staff are awesome! Rescheduling had to be done several times due to my grandson’s health issues, but they made it work.

It’s more than a workout !! It’s learning how to work together .. how to compete .. sometimes loose and be okay with it .. and more importantly has a positive effect on their self esteem .

The staff is very friendly and make the kids feel at ease .

Everyone is so friendly and it’s an amazing way for children to build confidence!
