My child started off nervous and shy and standoffish not sure what to make of it for the first 10 minutes. But as she started participating with the help and encouragement of coach Derek, you could physically see her face brighten up with a smile and love how confident and rewarding this program was. She’s always been athletically inclined, but the confidence piece was missing and just from this one class I could see the success already forming! GREAT PROGRAM! Very welcoming!

As someone who values fitness very highly for both me and my children, I love the idea of KidStrong! The principles and values KidStrong holds are wonderful and the skills being taught are productive, engaging, and age appropriate. It’s exactly the type of class I’d like to add to their schedules! My kids had an absolute blast and keep asking when we’re going back!

Great class, loved the trial class. Didn’t use the app so that was really N/A. Azra enjoy it alot

Our first trial experience at KidStrong was incredible! I was so impressed with the facility, the staff, and the delivery of programming. I brought my three sons: ages 6, 7, 8, and each one of them asked me, when we got in the car, when they are going back! We loved it!

No complaints so far. We had a great first class experience!

The owners are so wonderful, the staff is amazing and my daughter loves it! I love everything it represents. They are teaching kids to be strong and the confidence and life skills to be great.!

Kids loved it a lot! Parents loved it too! It was a great experience!

Love how the class is really fun for the kids but also teaches them how to exercise along with being a good teammate and to be proud of yourself.

What I witnessed is nothing short of pure amazement for what you are accomplishing with these kids. The positivity and confidence you are building in each child is something I’ve never seen before. Let me know when the adult classes start haha
