My 4 year old daughter had her first class and absolutely loved it. She can’t wait to go back. She was super engaged and the coaches were fantastic. Sign your kid up!!

The programming is excellent, balanced with movement and focus breaks and age appropriate. The leadership is attentive, present, enthusiastic, patient, responsive, and kind.

Our first lesson was great, the coaches were amazing and my son loved it! Transition from one class ending to another beginning gets a bit crowded but I think that was more so us arriving a little too early. I do think a special inclusion class for kiddos that need a bit extra support would be a great add if you don’t have one already, with smaller class size for them to have more support. Overall we are very happy with the location and excited for more classes!

The first class was a good experience, there were just a lot of kids in the class. The center is clean and the staff are very friendly. I was happy with how much exercise my son got, and in the efficiency of the way the time was used during class. I look forward to seeing how other classes are structured!

The male coach for Cole’s first Saturday 9:30am class was GREAT! So energetic in keeping the kid’s attention, keeping their confidence up and keeping them moving. Great work!!

KidStrong Plymouth was a great experience for our first class. It was clean and well organized. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. They were very engaging with the children. Most important our daughter was very happy when we were finished, and is looking forward to going back. Great job KidStrong

Great staff, very good with the children. My son loved his 1st night and can’t wait to go to his next class next week
