Great Experience

KidStrong has been an incredible program for our daughter. With coaches that are very in tune with the kids’ ability levels and strengths, they really do meet each kid where they are to make the most of each class.

Great owners, great coaches, and a great place for kids to grow

My son Roman absolutely LOVES the physical ability to get all of his energy out (we do too haha). But he is also a naturally “chill” kid as far as personality, however this program allows him to come out of his shell more and make new friends and interact with kids his age. The coaches are so welcoming and always make him feel so comfortable and confident. Shout out to coaches Luke, Aiden, and Derek!

It’s really helped Wyatt build his confidence. When he started baseball and flag football he wasn’t nervous at all and I really think it’s from KidStrong!

My son LOVES KidsStrong! He enjoys the different workouts with the peer group he is in and it shows with his growing sense of self confidence ever week! Fantastic program we are so glad we joined!!

Love Kate and Rachel, they're super helpful and responsive. The coaches are also super nice and helpful- all of them! At times it feels that the classes have a lot of kids and having just two kids may not be enough, esp for the younger kids- 3 to 6 yr olds may need some extra help / handholding / giving direction and sometimes the classes have 10+ kids and two coaches are just not enough to give attention to all kids. The app is not that great and needs to be worked on / updated. Credits keep getting debited even before they're used.

The staff, classes, everything about KidStrong is efficient and exciting. It’s always a positive experience for our kids and we see the progression over time from attending classes. It is a brilliant concept and the coaches are extremely helpful.

It has been a great experience for my daughter. She looks forward to it each week.
