Michael is really enjoying and learning so much at KidStrong! In just a few classes we can see the development of skills both social emotional as well as motor skills. For an almost 2 year old he is now learning how to wait his turn cheer on other class mates, and stop to listen to the coaches to explain things which is huge! His confidence with the balance and strength activities class to class has been wonderful to see as it emerges!

We LOVE Coach Aiden!! He's a 5-star leader of our Saturday morning class. He commands the class with such confidence and enthusiasm, it keeps the large group of kiddos focused and engaged. I always joke to myself, l wish I could hire him as a babysitter to entertain my kids and wear them out! Such great energy!! Thank you, Aiden!!

We love KidStrong. Our toddler looks forward to it all week, remembers all the coaches names and always leaves with a big smile on his face! Definitely helps kids build confidence while having fun.

My son is obsessed with the classes and I think the program is set up fantastically. I also love all of the coaches. They're very personable and are great with the kids.

I think kids strong is great..if I can change one thing will be how the rewards works… I think kids is getting really frustrated not getting pick for a long time

The KidStrong program does a great job combining physical activity with valuable life skills such as teamwork, listening, confidence and resilience. The coaches are great at what they do. They are very encouraging and patient, creating a positive and supportive environment for every child. The facility is clean, well run and welcoming. Highly recommend to any parent/guardian looking for a positive, empowering experience for their child.
