The flexibility and versatility of the program is phenomenal but by far the best part is the staff. They do such a great job with the kids and their ability to tailor to a child’s individual needs is one of the biggest reasons we will always be coming back.

We have had a fantastic experience at KidStrong Plymouth. The communication from day one with the owners has been fantastic. Our son (3 y.o.) loves his coaches, and they are so patient and fun as he learns to be a part of a team. Also, we love the credit system and being able to reschedule a class through the app! Our son asks almost daily when he can go back to KidStrong. It’s his favorite day of the week!!

I think the music needs to be adjusted somehow…. Different music?

First and foremost the coaches are amazing. They take an interest in every kid and my daughter lights up when she walks in and everyone greets her by name and is excited to see her!I have also seen how the intentional programming has affected life outside of the gym. She can often be heard saying “I am brave” or “I can do this” and she has such confidence!
