All staff are fabulous. They look out for safety and are always positive. Mia has improved mentally and physically since beginning classes. I could not ask for a better program

It’s meeting my son where he’s at… his tumbling class wasn’t very challenging but he’s not ready for team sports. KidStrong is fun and is pushing him in all the right ways. He is genuinely excited to go to class each week.

I think the service provided is phenomenal, I really like a lot of the curriculum and I believe that most children would be able to benefit from the activity and health focused programming KidStrong has created.

Amazing staff, they have gone out of their way to make sure that my child has a great experience and works with us to help keep him in class. We have tried other places and no one has worked with us on keeping my child in class, But KidStrong has made sure he can continue to come. Which is greatly appreciated as a mom to an autistic adhd child.

KidStrong Plymouth is a wonderful program and especially effective and rewarding for kids that don’t gravitate to traditional kid’s sports programs. With the focus on confidence and meeting personal goals, it creates a fun, safe and happy environment and keeps the kids active and motivated. We love it!

Great confidence building experience for my son.

Michael is really enjoying and learning so much at KidStrong! In just a few classes we can see the development of skills both social emotional as well as motor skills. For an almost 2 year old he is now learning how to wait his turn cheer on other class mates, and stop to listen to the coaches to explain things which is huge! His confidence with the balance and strength activities class to class has been wonderful to see as it emerges!

We LOVE Coach Aiden!! He's a 5-star leader of our Saturday morning class. He commands the class with such confidence and enthusiasm, it keeps the large group of kiddos focused and engaged. I always joke to myself, l wish I could hire him as a babysitter to entertain my kids and wear them out! Such great energy!! Thank you, Aiden!!

We love KidStrong. Our toddler looks forward to it all week, remembers all the coaches names and always leaves with a big smile on his face! Definitely helps kids build confidence while having fun.
