I rate KidStrong Polaris highly because it offers structured, coach-led programs that build kids’ strength, confidence, and discipline in a safe, motivating environment. The curriculum is engaging, age-appropriate, and consistently well-organized, which helps kids improve both physically and mentally.

After the first class I knew this would be a great place for my kiddo!!!

Coach Jay is so good with our child. She is able to encourage him to try something even when it’s hard for him. Coach Ashely is also so supportive. The facility is always clear
