My kid loves kidstrong and always looks forward to going!

This was our first time there & my son loved it. Coach Cory and his team were awesome with the kiddos. They also, made welcomed Kam in with open arms and made him feel comfortable.

Helpful staff, safe challenges for kids which promotes exercise and strength training.

Very good with the kids. Knows how to make workouts intense but fun at the same time.

I see the improvement in my kid. The coaches connect with him well.

My daughter did a trial class and loved it, and she’s already so excited for her first full class. She keeps asking when she gets to go back, which says a lot. The environment feels very positive and engaging, and I’m really looking forward to seeing her grow with the program.

The engagement, patients, and all around kindness the kid strong staff has is amazing.
