My son enjoys his classes at Polaris KidStrong.

The coaches are the best part, they have all been so great at corraling the little kids and getting shyer kids to participate. They don’t lose patience and excel at making sure the kids just have fun. Bonus is that this location is surrounded by so many good restaurants and fun stores. My son loves KidStrong, but unfortunately it is just a very long drive to get to Polaris for us so we will have to discontinue soon. If it were closer to home then we would 100% continue.

Their program is physically diverse and challenging. They combine gymnastics, cross-fitness My son was excited after class and wanted to be back next day.

We love KidStrong! I do not however like that we are getting charged for the leveling up shirts. We already pay enough monthly and I feel the kids earn them already.

The coaches are amazing!!!

Kid Strong has improved my son’s confidence, coronation, balance, and communication.

I really like the training they have for the kids, that materials they used but the best is the structure they have

Keeps my 6 year old active in between off seasons of his sports. ( football / soccer / baseball ) in a kid engaged way.

My child enjoys coming- gets his energy out and is helping him build confidence. Although he may not be athletic, he enjoys the opportunity to try things.
