I think all of your coaches do a very professional job of coaching and interacting with the kids and parents. I’ve had bad luck with the app but hopefully that will improve.

Point/highlight out the new policy/new fees at the time when you ask us to sign the new waiver. Instead of just telling us that you switched to new platform/updated your software that you needed us to sign the new waiver. Then when we have summer plans, we had to deal with the inconvenience and the surprises

We enjoy attending the classes and find it all mostly easy to navigate.
