We have always had positive experiences with coaches showing care and patience with the kids during class. They boys love going back to kid Strong and are proud of themselves for the skills they have mastered in the gym.

I appreciate that Kid Strong is about more than a work out program for kids. I believe Kid Strong will help my child’s confidence and the way he carries himself. Coach Jordan is patient and playful with the kids and able to lead them through their activities.
