We absolutely love kidstrong! It has taught my son so much! He has not only grown in his gross motor skills and athleticism, but he has gained so many other social and emotional skills! They start each class with a handshake and introduction and my 2 year old is now confident in introducing himself to strangers. Coach Carlos, Coach Alexis and Coach Keuwan always greet him with enthusiasm and a big smile which makes him sooo excited to be there!

The communication skills that this class has helped my children grow has significantly increased better behavior at home since they are listening to instruction and using their words to communicate in class:
