Certainly a unique and fun way to spend time with your kid, with guided activities and new friends to play with. Even better that it’s helping developing body awareness and strepth for your baby!

From day one the staff was warm and welcoming, and after 10weeks my little one throughly enjoys the classes. She was shy at first but she has really opened up in the KidStrong environment. I appreciate how challenging the classes are, I can tell that my daughter enjoys the challenges as well.

Ephram was so very cautious and scared of new things before starting KidStrong. Now, he is so much more confident in trying new things and constantly tells himself outloud “I am strong! I am brave! I can do this!”

Olivia has special needs and can be overwhelmed easily. The coaches keep her focus on the activity and are kind in giving her instruction.
