The staff is incredibly helpful, reachable, and easily accessible. The programming is age appropriate and within grasp of understanding. The app, once learned, is very useful. I have seen my child grow and develop skills. We love KidStrong!

The program has helped my child with their physical abilities! Doing certain exercises that otherwise they would not experience. Along with moving and working along side of peers. Coaches are always encouraging and gentle towards the kids
